AC and wifi so far work well. no mold, we use american spring bed for mattress and it is close to some restaurant by walking distance. For the price you can check at the booking site, since we have promotion daily.

Very nice place to stay

The service and staff were exceptional. The room was dated but clean and well maintained. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed with a refreshing drink and cold towel. They supplied afternoon tea everyday. The shower was strong and hot. Pubs and restaurants all close by.

It was a bit far from the city centre but a grab could get you there cheaply. No English speaking TV chanel.

Recommended, consider to stay again.

The warmth of the staff was amazing. Very friendly, attentive and nothing was too much. The pool is nice, and refreshing. The food is good, and the rooftop bar is a nice way to start the evening. They can help organize a shuttle to the center, or a tour with John, which is an amazing guy. I like the welcome card and bed time story. Very thoughtful.

Not much to dislike. Its maybe a bit hard to find. This is because its a small street. Other then that nothing.

Beautiful small hotel with very nice staff

The hotel is located near the center of the ubud. It is very convenient to go to other interesting sites from the hotel. And there are many stores and Restaurants nearby. I like the hotel's construction style and decoration style. It's dedicated southeast Asian style. The staff there are very helpful. The breakfast is also wonderful.

Exceeded my expectations

It is small, but cozy hotel, really well maintained and super clean rooms. Rooms are quite big. Bathroom has shower and bath. There is area for your clothes. Cozy balcony. They can serve breakfast at your balcony. The price is really good. Super friendly staff (receptionist was the sweetest). Little touches - for ex. tea time at the hotel, card with fairytale (they put in on bed everyday after cleaning the room).

There was two cats and they let them to sit on sofas at the lobby, walk on table. Toilet doors - for some people it can feel like lack of privacy.

Amazing

We had the most wonderful stay at Sabana Ubud. The staff went above and beyond for us throughout our time at the hotel. They helped us to organise an airport transfer, a taxi too different locations and gave us advice when asked. The hotel rang the taxi drivers after pick up time to ensure we were collected which made us feel very safe and comfortable. Also, all drivers they recommended to were so kind! It was also so kind of the hotel to offer a shuttle service to and from Ubud centre. Their communication via their WhatsApp service was immediate which was amazing! Our room was right beside the pool and was cleaned everyday by the staff. A lovely touch every evening was a bed time story and turn down service. The breakfast had an option for everyone and was lovely. The staff even prepared us breakfast after our Mt Batur hike even thought the time had finished and gave us breakfast boxes as we had an early boat to catch. I could not recommend this hotel and praise the staff more :)

Clean, bright, modern but warm hotel with a lively pool courtyard!

We loved that the rooms were set around the pool courtyard and that there was a balcony with an adequately sized table for two to sit and relax—and also to have room service; you can choose to have your breakfast brought up to your balcony. The open courtyard also makes it very bright when it's sunny, and the ample plant decor brings life to the hotel's common compound. It's all very clean and tastefully furnished, with all basic amenities covered. It is actually located right off the main traffic road, but feels relatively nuisance-free (though one could hear some construction opposite the hotel, but not enough to bother us really). Additional things we liked: the complimentary kopi and kuih every afternoon in the pool lounge area, and the complimentary shuttle to anywhere you would like in central Ubud. It was very easy to communicate with the staff via Whatsapp, and they were always very prompt in their response. Would definitely come back if in Ubud!

Best place in Ubud!

It was the best place we stayed while in Bali! The staff was so helpful and friendly, and the facilities was so great. The pool was fantastic and so instagrammable, the room super clean and the food amazing. Apart from the breakfast which was delicious, we ordered dinner a few times and it was just as great. The cocktails were simple, but their non alcoholic options were quite fancy! Lastly, one day we ordered the floating breakfast and it was the highlight of our stay! Next time we visit Bali, we'll definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel and great staff

Very nice hotel in walking distance to all the nice places in Ubud. The pool area is beautiful, the rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is just wonderful and very, very helpful.

Nothing really, we were just a bit unlucky: During our stay there was a construction site next door and they were starting work at 6 in the morning until very late at night (after 10pm). The hotel staff was really great and offered us to use the pool of a different hotel and on our last day the manager Yuli apologized to us again and organized a free transfer to our next location including a stop at the rice terrace as an apology. The hotel is definitely a great place to stay in Ubud.

Great location, good people

During our honeymoon trip, my wife and I stayed at Sabana for just two nights. We had a fantastic time there. The room was clean and hygienic, the location was perfect for exploring Ubud quitely nestled essentially in the town center itself, and the food was quite good. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. From the handwritten welcome note to their welcoming smiles and towels when we returned drenched in the unfortunate rain, we felt like we were coming home. The afternoon tea was a delightful touch. We have nothing but praise for Sabana, especially Yuli and the staff. We highly recommend it for a warm and memorable stay in Ubud.
